Charter Communications—Free access to Wi-Fi for 60 days. To enroll, call 1-844-488-8395. Installation fees will be waived for new student households.
Comcast Internet Essentials—Cost is $9.99/mo. No contract or credit check, no installation fee, two months free service. Once a customer, there is also an option to purchase a reduced price laptop or desktop (currently $149).
Xfinity Wi-Fi Hotspot Location Access—Access to Xfinity Wi-Fi hotspots across the country will be available for free. Once at a hotspot location, users should join the “xfinitywifi” network from the list of available hotspots, then launch a browser.
