State and Federal Program Resources

The Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE​) hosts monthly meetings for State and Federal Program Directors in Sacramento County. Directors and other district administrators from throughout the Capital Service Region (Region 3) are welcome to attend.

The purpose of these meetings is to provide timely and pertinent information on the implementation of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), state and federal accountability requirements, and to share resources that assist districts in increasing student achievement across all subgroups. Staff from the California Department of Education are frequently invited to present new information and answer questions. Attendees have the opportunity to collaborate and share information with colleagues from other districts.
