SCOE School Accountability Report Cards (SARCs)
Proposition 98, passed by California voters in 1988, requires that every education agency prepare annual accountability report cards. Each School Accountability Report Card (SARC) contains information about school conditions and performance. Local educational agencies are also required to prepare a Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), which describes pupil goals and how they will be met.
