Financial Services
The Financial Services department handles internal financial operations for the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE). Activities include directing the annual budgeting cycle, preparing the budget and revisions, assisting with the development of policies and regulations, and providing fiscal support to all programs.
Financial Services controls and manages various SCOE funds, including pre-auditing and payment of claims for goods and services, maintaining centralized billing, collecting accounts receivable, and maintaining the income and disbursement accounts for all programs.
