The Information Services Department at the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) helps to manage and maintain the technology infrastructure essential for educational processes. The department coordinates computer software and hardware systems related to business, financial, payroll, personnel, and student information activities. It also facilitates educational technology initiatives, including the accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of data, and helps to ensure data security.

Student Record Requests

To request records for students who attended non-SCOE schools in Sacramento County, please contact the school district the student attended. For students who attended a SCOE school, email studentrecords@scoe.net.
