ALTA California Regional Center—Alta California Regional Center creates partnerships to support all eligible individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
WarmLine Family Resource Center—WarmLine provides resources, support, training and consultation to families of children with special needs birth to age 26 in 26 counties of Northern California. They are staffed by parents who share the common experience of parenting a child with special needs.
Child Action, Inc—Child Action, Inc. is a private, nonprofit corporation created in 1976 to provide for the education and social welfare of children and families by organizing, sponsoring and administering services to children. They seek to augment and enhance the delivery of services for children rather than duplicate existing resources.
Early Head Start—The foundations of school readiness begin in pregnancy and continue through the first three years. For infants and toddlers, this is built around opportunities to explore and have experiences that are supported by nurturing relationships.
UC Davis MIND Institute—The UC Davis MIND Institute (Medical Investigation of Neurodevelopmental Disorders) is a collaborative international research center, committed to the awareness, understanding, prevention, care, and cures of neurodevelopmental disorders.
First 5 Sacramento—The First 5 Sacramento Commission is committed to supporting the healthy development of children zero to age five, the empowerment of families and the strengthening of communities.
School Readiness – First 5 Commission—Ensures children are healthy and have social, emotional and early academic skills they need to start kindergarten successfully. Parents and caregivers are educated about the importance of child development and learning.
