Created under contract with the California Center on Teaching Careers (www.californiateach.org) as part of their teacher recruitment efforts, this video showcases IMS’ expertise in video and multimedia production. The video was shot in the SCOE studio using green screen techniques. Then the footage of the professional actors was digitally superimposed over a variety of interesting backgrounds, like shark-infested waters, outer space, and other unusual locales. Custom graphics and audio, animation, and special effects bring the presentation to life in a fun and educational way. We hope that this video inspires many people to consider teaching as their new career and to take the next step to address California’s teacher shortage.
