“School-to-World” Awards Luncheon Celebrates Success

"School to World" program students were treated to a luncheon prepared by students in the Culinary Arts Regional Occupation Program class, directed by "Chef" Steven Moe (left with student) and paraeducator Joe Monier.

Students and staff of Leo A. Palmiter High School celebrated successes at their 6th Annual "School to World" Awards Luncheon on May 23. Palmiter High School is operated by the Special Services/Special Education Department of the Sacramento County Office of Education for students with specialized learning needs.

The recognition luncheon was prepared by students in Palmiter's Culinary Café Regional Occupation Program class under the direction of teacher "Chef" Steven Moe and paraeducator Joe Monier.
