SCOE Releases 2025–26 Professional Learning Catalog

Building Capacity for Inclusive, Impactful Teaching and Leadership

Stack of Professional Learning Opportunities catalogs

SCOE’s annual Professional Learning Opportunities catalog lists courses by LCFF priority to ensure training directly supports California’s key areas for improving student outcomes.

Thousands of local educators attend Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) training sessions and workshops each year, building their capacity to support diverse learners and foster inclusive environments, improve operational systems, and enhance instructional practices. SCOE’s commitment to collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement equips school and district teams with the tools they need to transform schools and advance student achievement.

SCOE offers a wide range of professional learning opportunities to support student success. Because each educational community has unique challenges and goals, SCOE collaborates with education partners to harness collective expertise and creativity, resulting in innovative, tailored solutions that benefit all students.

SCOE’s annual catalog highlights available workshops, learning communities, and district/site support options, supporting Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) priorities. Professional learning that is aligned to the LCFF priorities is especially impactful because it ensures that training directly supports the state’s key areas for improving student outcomes, including student engagement, school climate, and academic achievement. Educators and administrators can select from a variety of in-person and online professional learning sessions throughout the year, with others arranged on a case-by-case basis by contacting SCOE for more information.
