Equity Leadership Collaborative: Come Together, Lead Boldly

The year-long Equity Leadership Collaborative is designed to build the capacity of educational leaders to identify, analyze, and address root-level inequities within their schools and districts. Teams will develop equity action plans to disrupt inequitable policies and programs while learning to lead effectively through resistance. The Equity Leadership Collaborative will be a comprehensive, three-part experience:

    1. Leadership Lab: A 2.5-day immersive learning experience with Dr. Paul Gorski introducing the Equity Literacy Framework.
    2. Community of Practice: 12 hours of virtual sessions where participants join a cross-district community to refine their action plans.
    3. Leadership Coaching: Up to 25 hours of personalized, confidential, and non-evaluative support from experienced administrators.
